Together with Koppert Cress/DivisionQ and Defensie/Paresto, we’re launching a breakthrough project that uses AI to measure and boost the nutritional value of fresh crops.
GrwNxt’s patented AI technology links imaging technology to real nutrient levels, enabling Dynamic Digital Recipes (DDR®) that grow healthier, tastier produce. These DDR® will now be demonstrated at scale in real greenhouse environments at Koppert Cress/Division Q.
The Ministry of Defense will apply the crops in nutritious meals to support health and performance of military personnel, while testing broader impact on vitality and recovery.
With this project, we’re turning “Know what you eat” into reality.
